Hello, Thomas. I thought, once you retire, when your health allows it : in the morning you get up, you have your coffee downstairs, then you walk on the beach, you take the side all the way, till lunch time. Then have lunch there... and quiet come back. On return have a coffee or after, have an aperitif before going home for dinner, or dinner at the restaurant downstairs...
and that's it, so on ... ;) ..... paradise, paradise, paradise ... it's great to be here sometimes 😅

@@WalksWallStreet thank you, I am still watching the video now and jotting down questions as you walk. What is the demographics in that area? Is it diverse? I like to be around all races and ethnicities as where I live now in Jersey City. I am just a beach bum wanting to transition to the right beachfront neighborhood in Miami Beach which is not as busy as South Beach where I have been many times. You walked pup and made a right at the building I am looking at which is 7600 Collins Avenue called the Ocean Blue the one which you said was fairly new.
Close but ....Nope still too close to chaos .... Civilisation begins at 87th st 🤣 and reaches the pinnacle at 96th street 😉

@@WalksWallStreet The last two time I have been at MB, when I walk along the seashore my feet sink, that didn't happen 36 years ago when I arrived in MB .. I have been in other beaches around the world: Varadero Cuba, Punta Cana, RD., Malvarrosa, Valencia, and there is a lot of difference when I have walked to the seashore.
