Great review! I cant go running without mine, I've got the Aeropex. As much as Id love to have thw quick charge feature, it's not worth the upgrade just for that when everything else is the same.
Thanks Laura. Yes, for those who have an Aeropex already, it's not worth upgrading but for those who don't and are looking for the best running bone conduction headphones, then these definitely tick the boxes.

My Aeropex shit the bed. The warranty is like nothing I have ever seen. 2 years. They did an automatic upgrade when I mailed the other one back.

Hi Chris, great channel, thanks for the latest video. I have a few q's. How much of the sound bleeds outside of the ear pieces? I've seen a few other models where everyone nearby seems to hear more than I do!
Also, how well do these work with sunglasses? Any fitting issues? Thanks đ
Great questions. In terms of sound being heard by others, at 50% volume in a quiet environment you can hear from 1 metre away. From 3 metres away you can't really hear anything.
If you take a look at my latest training vlog, you'll see one of my runs that I'm wearing with sunglasses on. I don't find this a problem at all. The fit remains comfortable.

Hi Chris, very interesting video. I have AfterShoz and love them when theyâre are working! I must of been through at least 8 pairs. They always seem to stop charging for some reason? Donât know if itâs something Iâm doing? As iI sweat a lot of have just been unlucky? I think I will take the plunge again and see how I get on...
They should withstand sweat. I sweat a lot as well and haven't had a problem. On the earlier models, my wife managed to break them quite easily but Aeropex and now OpenRun haven't failed on us yet and we use them a lot. At least with the 2 year warranty, if something goes wrong you can get it replaced.

I have a problem with my headphones. They don't charge properly, I had it connected for 5 hours and they didn't charge anything. Then, it seems that they charged something, but after 1 hour, it indicates, that the battery is still low. Does anyone know if it is right, or perhaps, is a defect of the headphones?. they are the third headphones, which change me, for the same reason. Thank you!
Sounds faulty, they should charge quickly and you should also be careful not to over charge them. Therefore once the red light turns blue, disconnect them from the charger as soon as you can.
How to connect with Bluetooth
Start with the headphones turned off. Enter pairing mode by pressing and holding volume+ for 5-7 seconds. You will hear âWelcome to Shokz.â Continue holding volume+ until the LED light flashes red and blue. Open your deviceâs Bluetooth settings and select âOpenRun by Shokz.â You will hear âConnected.â Your headphones should now be connected to your device.
It is the same open run and shokz aeropex??
@@songokuo5131 Connecting via Bluetooth is the same for all Shokz headphones. The difference between Openrun and Aeropex is the battery charging. Openrun has a quick charging feature.
