It's the soundtrack to the beginning of the rest of my life. Wife and I fell in love with eachother during music listening ( The Adventure was on, at that moment. )
We married to eachother and used The Adventure as aisle music. And when our daughter was born, we called her Ava.

I showed it to my 3 year old daughter, she watched open mouthed and then immediately ran and collected things to set up her own drum kit made out of cushions, laundry baskets and an umbrella 😄 I had to hold the phone while she tried to copy what you were doing with wooden spoons. This was a great cover! I've only been playing drums for 3 years so am no where near as good as you haha but i hope to one day be able to play some AVA songs like this one and blink-182 and just loads of over pop punk bands. Travis Barker was my inspiration to take drumming seriously so if I could ever become as good as him that'd be so fucking sick lmao

One technical question: how to extract the whole song without drums to create your own cover? :)
You can download what is called "Stems" of the audio track where you can remove any instrument/vocal track.
You just have to put the volume of the original song lower than your drum track to "camouflage" the drums
