Joshua never refused , Fury made it impossible to fight him. The same as what he did to Usyk , he never thought Usyk would accept 60/40 or 70/30 splits đ€Łđ€Ł. Fury bottled it , not Usyk. Fury is on par with Mayweather , always refusung the mandatories too .
