Ingredients:
* Fresh greens - 3 cups
* Yoghurt - 3 cups
* Asafoetida - ½ tsp
* Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
* Tamarind pulp - 1 tbsp
* Toor dhal - ½ cup
* Channa dhal - ½ cup
Ingredients - Tempering
* Curry leaves - 1 sprig
* Red chillies - 4 nos
* Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Ingredients - Paste
* Coriander leaves - ¼ cup
* Coconut - ½ cup
* Green chillies - 3 nos
* Ginger - 2-inch piece
Method:
1. Pressure cook toor and channa dhal until nice and soft. Set aside
2. Make a paste of ingredients mentioned under ‘Paste’. Set aside
3. Mix the paste and cooked lentils together.
4. In a wok, heat oil and temper with mustard seeds, curry leaves, and red chilies.
5. Add the fresh greens, cover, and cook till done.
6. Remove the lid and add salt, tamarind pulp, asafoetida, and turmeric powder. Mix well.
7. Add the lentil and paste mixture and bring it to a boil.
8. Check for salt
9. Add the beaten yogurt and switch off the stove.
10. Garnish with ghee and serve hot with rice.

Sir..we r basically from pure godavari district.. andhra pradesh ...pls note ...ww do a lot much of andhra disges t home ..for andhra style mor kuzhambu ...dhals & tamarind pulp & coconut & hing ; kothamalli paste etc should not b used for this recipie ... for keerai more kuzhambu recipie or any mor kuzhambu andhra style ... recipie for grinding masala .. first soak for 1 hr ...1 tsp of dhania ( coriander seeds) - 3 dried red chillies - 2 nos greenchillies - small piece f ginger - 1/2 sp took & chana dal & 1/2 sp raw rice ...try this method ... any keerai first fry in coconut oil & add the grind masala & Atlantic should add curd ..last only tempering ... coconut oil - kadugu - vendayam , karuvepillai...this is the process..
