I know I have seen this closedown uploaded elsewhere many years ago, but I have no idea where. This upload comes from my own videotape finds.
Oh, and it's time for BBC Wales to put their clocks back an hour...

I like how they edit the clock live and the presence of two national anthems (the latter one being the rare to find slowed down version of UK's).

The slowed down version is heard on all BBC Wales closedowns. It’s not the same as the slower down version occasionally heard on regular BBC1 closedowns though.
