Good Morning Pilates Routine! 10 Minute Standing Pilates to improve posture.| No Equipment Needed

- This is a lovely 10 minute standing morning energising routine to get you moving and ready for your day. It will improve your posture with regular practice too. You can do this workout anywhere, at home or on holiday. It's a simple, effective Pilates routine, explained clearly and at a steady pace so you can do it along with me. I recommend it be done daily to keep you feeling fit and flexible wherever you are. Enjoy!

Hallo Rachel my husband and I are both in our sixties, I've done pilates before but stopped during lockdown . He and I started with your videos for seniors, have loved doing them, and are so enjoying the standing pilates. Would it be possible to have more senior mat videos? Or isn't it necessary to do the mat....we aren't sure which are suitable and he is very stiff and needs to become more flexible. Thank you so much for your wonderful videos , we love your friendly and informative manner!

THIS: 'You are by far and away the best on You Tube, having tried many, many other pilates videos, yours are clear, well paced, informative and work.' First time I actually have not come to 'dread' an exercise routine. I can execute these without feeling like a plank (although I am one, have been since puberty), the duration is perfect, and the instructions and pacing are simply ACE. Can't recommend highly enough. Rachel is a gem, and her strength and elegance inspire me every day.

What I love about this video is that it doesn't require too much space. I only have a small exercise room, and not much space to move around. Some workout videos look like they are shot in empty warehouses. Who has that much space?

This was nice and doable in the morning. I can't do much more than this because my mind and body are not quite connected yet so early. LOL!
I really enjoy doing this routine. I only started doing pilates a few weeks ago, as although I need to lose weight, my joints are a bit stiff! So l usually start off with this one first thing. I feel like it has helped me so much, even in my mind! I have had a bad back this last week, so have just started doing your gentle back exercises and feel much better, thank you Rachel x

All the way from Long Island New York USA, thank you for these standing Pilates classes! I have titanium rods in my back, and arthritis, these classes have helped me greatly. I do them about 4 days a week, and if I miss a day I do it before bed. Thank you, stay safe .
