This is the complete chapter 1 of the game, with edits to mitigate repetitive content and make it more enjoyable to watch. Plus, of course, S Ranks.
Here are specific timings:
-Start of Chapter 1: 0:00
-Urokodaki Section Collectables: 4:24
-Final Selection Scenes/Conversations: 5:17
-Final Selection Forest Gameplay & Collectables: 7:30
-Demon Fight 1: 8:40
-Demon Fight 2: 11:44
-Demon Fight 3: 14:18
-Demon Fight 4: 17:04
-Lead Up To Hand Demon Boss: 21:45
-Hand Demon Boss Fight 1: 23:57
-Mid-fight Scenes: 25:24
-Hand Demon Boss Fight 2: 26:44
-QTE's: 29:13
-End of Chapter 1 Scenes: 30:02
Demon Fights:
-These are not difficult, the hardest aspect is know how long your combos should be. A full attack combo and two techniques is the limit; back away and wait for them to finish their unblocked outline attack
-Said attacks are easy enough to see and you have about two second to react and move away, they are also guardable. Right after those attacks, they are extremely open to being charged or grabbed.
-Once they hit about 1/8th health, you can finish them with the QTE. S Rank requirements are speed and high health, putting a variety of techniques in also helps.
-So you need to have high health, make sure to use a variety of moves, you’re scored on variety, finish quickly. If you use three types of techniques and a grab, you’ll get the S
Hand Demon Fight 1:
-This fight isn't very hard but his movements and size make him a bit awkward to deal with at times.
-Wait for him to do a combo and charge in for an attack set and two techniques, no more than that, he will get ready to counter.
-He will either swing his arms twice or do a red attack. Either way, you just need to back off and charge as soon as it stops, you can often position yourself to get really close.
-You need about 80% or higher health for an S Rank and not to have taken a huge amount of time
Hand Demon Fight 2:
-Very similar to the first, with a few combo changes and extra techniques.
-He will now swing his hands three times and then be open
-He has another red attack that involves charging, it is very easy to literally walk away from and he is open after
-The same method of dodging and amount of attack applies in this fight too
-The best chance for damage is when does a red attack with a circle in front of him. It always tired him out and leaves him open for double the amount of time for attack. If you have a boost, use it then.
-The QTE's are: A/Cross, X/Sqaure, Press X/Square Rapidly, A/Cross, Y/Triangle at the glowing part of the circle.
-You'll need more than 80% health and solid amount of 4 tier QTE's for the S.

For the life of me I can not get an S rank on battle one of the chapter with the two demons. I literally destroy them and they don’t even touch me. Still Rank A every time. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

This was super helpful. I couldn’t get an S rank on the battle with the two demons. Then I saw the whirlpool technique used in the video of which I never knew even existed. I used that technique along with water basin and water wheel and got the S rank

Now I know you can block some of Hand Demon's hard swings rather than evade most of the time. That was a helpful info.

On the first fight I took no damage grabbed and did all 3 and still can only get A?

hey, i do not know how tf u got s rank on the first battle of chapter 1, i played it multiple times where the demon isnt even scratching me and on the final blow, i clicked the button as soon as i can and i still get an a rank. its so stupid tell me how u got ut
