Does it work when using different species? I heard that it only holds when using the same genus (crassula with crassula, aeonium/aeonium, etc) is this true??

@@carlosandleon But should they be related by being part of the same family(crassulaceae) or can they only be part of the same genus(ech, kal, crass)?
@@panicmosem5969 they probably have some relation to each other. They all Crassulaceae even if it's quite stretched relation
@@ik9175533 they're all in the same family but are different genera. So how closely related should they be? I suppose that if it works for fruits of different genera or different cacti, then it might be OK for different succulents. I guess I will have to try it out myself!
@@panicmosem5969 we rather should look for some experiments with known result. That's what we're lacking in this case. Don't bother too much with genus. These are just taxonomy terms after all
Your comments are bacwards. The echevarrias were grafted onto a jade plant.
