How Law Roach Pulled Off Zendaya’s Met Gala OUTFIT CHANGE! (Exclusive)

- After putting in some serious work at the 2024 Met Gala, Law Roach, who is Zendaya’s image architect, dished with Adam Glassman on her TWO red-carpet looks. Law explained how they picked the show-stopping gowns, which were from Maison Margiela by John Galliano and John Galliano for Givenchy. Law revealed he didn’t see the first gown until days before - Zendaya had her first fitting on Saturday! He also spoke about how they pulled off that outfit change on site at the Met. Plus, Law dished on how “emotional” it was seeing Ariana Grande perform and bring out her “Wicked” co-star Cynthia Erivo.

Adam Glassman has been the creative director for Oprah Magazine for years. I enjoyed when he would come on the Oprah show with various makeover styles. So, yes he is very knowledgeable about fashion. You can tell Adam really admires and appreciates the value of Laws creative genius in the world of Art.

This interviewer needs to have his own show or podcast where he talks shop about fashion. I was blown away by how great this interview was and realized it was because the interviewer had done the homework and has actual experience and knowledge in the field. This was amazing, I wish it was longer

Zendaya knew the assignment! She looked fabulous. As Law recently retired, I wondered what Zendaya would wear. In true alliance Law Roach showed up in full support. No other person helped her navigate those stairs except Law. The narrow fit over the legs made the stairs difficult and dangerous. She only had the flared bottom and bestie Law who has been with Zendaya since she was in Disney.
Last night, she was smokin! Her acting, story telling skills delivered.

Law is not retired.
He's retired from styling everyone else except Zendaya. They are lifelong partner's. He was her stylist before anyone else's (he owned a vintage clothing store when they first crossed paths, and she put him on in Hollywood)

I'm sure designers jump at the chance to work w/ Law and Zendaya, but he is still so humble in his approach when he reaches out for designs or archive pieces. I'll bet they are also a pleasure to work with. Keep doing what you're doing!!

Casey Curran is the artist who did the kinetic sculpture armpieces for Mona Patel. I’m so sick of people either leaving him out or not properly acknowledging him in the conversations about that dress, as he made a huge contribution that tipped the dress from being stunning into extraordinary.
