People aren't getting notifications. It was only two years ago that I realised that when I subscribed to things CZcams only put my notifications to some instead of all. Reach out to your subscribers to remind them to make sure the bell is blacked out instead of a white space bell. I'm not subscribed because our hair is at opposite ends of the spectrum but you do pop up in my feeds from time to time or if I do a particular search. Unfortunately I cannot follow a lot of your routine due to my hair and scalp type but if it works for your subscribers great!

Honestly turned me off to deep conditioning for a while. Last time I deep conditioned, I just kneeled by the tub and dumped water over my head to rinse.

My scalp has been itchy for weeks now. I recently washed my hair and left my scalp alone and that has been so much better
Have u tried an apple cider vinegar or aloe Vera scalp cleanse?
I use water with aloe Vera juice and and coconut oil as a pre-poo but I’ve never tried apple cider vinegar.... I will try it though
Mphati Peterson It works well for me. No itchy scalp at all. I buy the pure version at the grocery or health food store (inexpensive).
I mix half a cup of equal water to ACV. Leave for 5-10 minutes & rinse.
Also noticed extreme length retention

I wash in twists and only manipulate when its damp/semi-dry. Fine hair is even more fragile when wet.
