For the BRICS Unit the Key Question is what will be the peg. It won't be Oil more likely PMs. If this is true the circulation of trade dollars will drop creating a decrease in available dollars. Thus repayment of scheduled loan payments will create sales of PMs for dollars which will be in short supply. Will this force Ctys to payoff their Euro$ debt starting in September and swap them for Remimbe or BRICS Unit loans ? What will be the effect on $ PMs and Bond Markets ? Russia has the starting pistol. Per Jim Rickards says that over $200bn of their frozen assets is held by Euroclear brussels which has many overseas legal entities including Hong Kong China. All Russia has to do is to start legal procedures and writ petition and put a spanner in the global financial system by putting a Lieu on assets held in each jurisdiction. ICE 9 thus financial institutions will not be able to use Euroclear. Most likely to happen after the BRICS+ summit in Kazan Russia in October 24.
When should we sell our Nova? Is it still your number one long-term pick? Did the Holocaust really exist? Is the market crash still around the corner? It’s ncredible anyone would ever take your insane predictions seriously.
