- DFW's terminal D is the newest of the airport's 5 terminals; and is colloquially referred to as the International terminal. It has great restaurant options like Tex-Mex at Cantina Laredo, BBQ at Hickory (it has an on-site smoker), beer at Flying Saucer, cocktails at Bar Louie, wine at Cru Wine Bar, pop up restaurants at Trinity Groves, and more. Terminal D is a good place to eat at DFW airport and defnitely the best place to drink!
Terminal D has contains the Grand Hyatt DFW Hotel, Skylink, and many airline club lounges (Club DFW, American Airlines Flagship Lounge, Qatar Airways Lounge, Centurion Lounge, Korean Air KAL Lounge, etc)
In 2021, DFW was the 2nd-busiest airport in the world by passenger traffic with 62.5 million passengers. DFW also flies nonstop to more U.S. destinations than any other airport. The busiest domestic route is to Los Angeles (over 1 million passengers). The busiest international routes are to Cancun, London, and Mexico City.

Before I got married and had kids I traveled a lot and love walking through airports. Now the only chance I get to travel is back to my home country with the chaos of chasing around 2 little kids around the airport. The quiet slow paced video of a single person walking around really takes me back and makes me so nostalgic for that time in my life ❤️ Especially with DFW being my home airport…where it all started 😊

Good camera work. Would have been nice to see what airlines were at what gates.
Anything higher than d16 or lower than D6 is American and the other gates are shared by the foreign carriers as well as Sun Country and the occasional spirit.
Is this an easy airport to navigate? Could have 4 hour layover here. Mexico to Vancouver

I live in Ohio. Around the summer time were heading to Oregon so this will be the airport we stop at since theirs no direct flight.
