That is a great question! I am working through the application process myself right now, so I will make a detailed video on this topic to share my experience. However, in general, the application for the IMAT and the other documents happen simultaneously on the same website.
I looked at the general knowledge questions and I noticed that I serverly lacked in them, basically American level 💀, so how can I improve on that? Plus are calculaters allowed in the exam? Also I study mainly in arabic so the scientific names and stuff like that are different to me, does that mean I need more time to prepare well for the exam? And finally do advise me to start my first year of med school in my home country while studying for the IMAT? Thx in advance
I bought alpha test medicina book and quizez in english one of my classmate is preparing from it too. Can you tell is it enough or should I buy another manual cuz I’ve no idea from where to study
Past papers and BMAT past papers are your best study tools. The alpha test is pretty good resource as well, although the questions do not follow the same logic, it will only test out your general knowledge of the content
You certainly need a high level of English proficiency just to pass the IMAT. It is hard to answer questions from any section other than math and physics without knowing the language.

Medical students do not write a thesis in their studies. This is done either in residency or fellowship
