It was such an amazing atmosphere at the match venue. You could really feel the difference in soccer culture between Japan and England. I bet players like Hasegawa would find it more enjoyable to play in England with its larger audience compared to Japan. Manchester City forever!

I am glad to see the growth in appreciation for women's football. It represents some good values too. As a man I am quite sick and tired of the ultras and biggots making it a hateful affair. Let's hope that never happens in the women's game. I hope they can all stay humble and grounded too, which might be unlikely as the sport and their contracts keep growing. But so far so good.
