One thing I like about Bigirwa is his Honesty. I once had his idea in mind, it's better to make alliances. My Question to him is why should you stone someone who doesn't believe in your ideology? I thought democracy gives us the right to agree to disagree. I wish he would call out his statement bse it will close out most people. we don't need to create regional gangs. he should also put in mind the different tribes in the region. the marginalisation of some tribes.

Now Bigirwa is taking the said debt of 1Billion for granted.The day Bigirwa becomes a threat to Museveni's seat, thats when the 1B shillings debt will become an issue
