I really hope you enjoy our first video together in the yurt/ger we just raised! I love filming here as we are completely surrounded by Mother Nature and her elements 🔥✨🌼🌲I find that the sound quality is especially amazing surrounded by the thick sheep felt walls while still being able to hear the wildlife, wind, rain, and snow around us!
Funny story: about 15 minutes into this video, my nose randomly started bleeding 😂! After it stopped we continued where we left off, but by that point Marika was really sleepy (it was 9 pm) and you'll see her drifting even as she is sitting up, so I had to keep support her head as it was flopping down haha! She was definitely very relaxed and I hope you are too 🥰🥰
Does she get up particularly early or is she just not a night owl? 🌛🦉

This reminds me so much of the Tlingit Medicine my mother used to do for me as a child. The same type of light speaking and visualization techniques. Talking about our tribe, stories such as the raven stealing the sun, and how he wasn't "bad" just mischievous. This was so nice to listen to, I love these types of videos. I wish it were easier to find places that could do these "massages" or spiritual relaxation.

I just wanted to thank you Semide for being there for me when I needed the help. I had the newest covid booster yesterday morning and that combined with suspected rheumatoid arthritis left me up in the early hours of the morning with great pain and aching. It was truly horrible, but I came on CZcams and saw you’d uploaded, and you kept me calm and eventually helped me to sleep again. I’m sure all of your viewers will have stories like this of times when you’ve helped them keep going, but I wanted to thank you for that. I’m so grateful for the content you put out. Claudia, I SO understand! I'm addressing just one aspect of your comment--which was lovely and gracious. And accurate! But you said you'd gotten the new booster shot, and that you had an unpleasant reaction to it. This is exactly what happened to me with my second and third shots. It was so unpleasant, it's made me resistant to getting any additional booster shots. I applaud you for doing this. I don't know if I will be able to make myself do this again. Your example is inspiring! But I am generally about as healthy as a horse, and I just don't know if I can stand to wipe myself out for two or three days. But, again, I commend your discipline. I'm sorry the shot made you miserable. That really resonated with me! Thanks for sharing your experience and your kind thoughts.
Hi Claudia. I hope you don't mind me saying but I just happened to see your comment. I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in about April this year and at this point I'm almost completely free of symptoms, just regaining some strength and flexibility I lost. I did it completely without the drugs they told me I'd have to take forever. I just walked up a mountain last week, there is hope! If you search for the tensegrity coach you'll find the programme I followed, but basically I did a strict elimination diet for a while and now I try to eat healthier but not much different to before. I also researched and took some suppliments. Good luck, I know how painful the nights can be x
@@elsugar9618 Hey, I have to have it because I have a problem with my immune system so I'm high risk. I made a choice to handle the discomfort so that I'm more protected in the future. I respect that your choice might be different from mine, but please respect mine too! A family member of mine got very very sick from covid and needed oxygen so I wanted to be sure I was as safe as possible. I wouldn't pressure you into having it, so please don't be unkind about the choices I make.
