I bloody love this channel. I'm not a Blues fan (West Ham, FWIW, and in a rare good patch) but your diary speaks for so many of us in the way it brings out the hope, the fun, the shafts of joy but mostly the despair of following our teams year after year. I find myself watching out for Birmingham's scores now and willing you to do well for the characters that appear in these videos.

Quality video Davo. The fans are always the football club and quite often the football spoils it. Big things need changing at St Andrew’s and for me you look no further than your owner. We have been blessed with ours at The Den. You can’t keep chopping and changing managers even when us fans get pissed off. Rowett has proved that at Millwall. Obviously you’ll give us a game on Saturday as your crowd will demand it. Either way, long after these players and this owner have gone, your passionate fan base will still be there.
Well said and Millwall are a well drilled side who will be ready to punish our mistakes just like Blackpool did. Could be another long afternoon for us Blues.

It’s so sad to witness this ongoing malaise with this Club I will always love, for me it hit Rock Bottom in January when we could not lay a glove on Plymouth in the FA Cup, such was my demeanour during that match that I was relieved when Plymouth scored, and that’s something I thought I would never say.

Sound video mate from a Forest bloke. Been there with Forest for many years now, always the fans that suffer spending their hard earned money every week going round the country. We’ve got a decent manager now who believes in players, fans and the whole history of the club . You can’t keep firing managers but we’ve got the same squad now as when the season started but with a different manager couldn’t win a game with Hughton. Cooper came in and now we’re challenging for promotion so maybe sometimes it’s the manager.Cheers mate.

I'm not a Birmingham fan but I think the videos are fabulous. Blues fans are true fans see Birmingham through thick and thin which you cannot say about PL teams and fans who are mostly " johnny come lately" fans.

Watched all you vids Davo... Tell u what Birmingham fans have changed... For the better I might add. I'm 50 now but followed man united all my life.. Everytime we went to St Andrews, murders. Horrid place to goto.. And it was worse apparantly for man city fans... It's great that all that crap is now out of the game, and lads and lasses just going for the crack. A good drink singsong and see your time win.. It's sad seeing Birmingham struggle but they will return... Keep up with the vids as all the characters make the vids Brill... @@DavoBirmingham2 Nice one 👍 I live down in Torquay, but my Nan's partner who was basically my Grandad was from Cannock, and he was a bloody legend, great character, and he use to make me laugh, genuine as they come, wasn't much of a football fan to be honest, without offending you,think he had a bit of a soft spot for Wolves (sorry) but he never really followed them at all,but your ex manager Garry Monk was a good mate of mine as a young lad growing up,his parents still live in Torquay,all the family are quality people,I've lost touch with Garry, he left Torquay as a player for Southampton, around that time his career took off,always bound to lose touch,but seen him a few years back,and he was as down to earth as ever,and greeted me with a hug and handshake,Take it easy Davo.

It's so depressing on & off the field , great that our fans can have a great weekend , it's a shame it's spoiled by the game . Well I'll be over for the Blackburn Game so hopefully we can get a performance out of the players for the last game of the season . Seeing bowyer as a lonely dejected figure in the seat at halftime was awful. Firing the manager is not the solution for this season. Play the kids for the remaining couple of matches please Lee ... we could understand getting hammered by playing the youngsters but it would give them minutes for next season.

Was at the game in the Blackpool end, got the tickets as 15 of us were actually refereeing at the Blackpool tournament, as a Rangers fan I expected more from Birmingham, just didn't have a plan A nevermind plan B, showed no hunger at all. Felt absolutely gutted for 3500 Birmingham fans who made the trip, but the banter between both sets of fans was fantastic, atmosphere was really good too. The woman at the end was absolutely spot on, managers have to an extent always been the scapegoat when things aren't going well at a club, but over the last 20 years or so,since the game became more and more about money, it's become ridiculous.
As she said, hang your hat on a manager and stick with him because I can guarantee, if you sack this one and things don't go well for the next one, fans will want him out too and the next one and the next one......... If you've not got big money to buy the best players in whatever division you're in, chances are you're gonna struggle no matter whose in charge.
