That’s crazy because I don’t see crazy stuff and I live 12 minutes walk from city centre. I think it’a because I decided to not live a typical uni lifestyle because I wanted to pursue my Christianity and relationship with God. So most of my circle is Christian. So I find it so mad when people say it’s a bad place
I'm in year 12 and literally do Economics, Sociology and Psychology A levels and i want to do Psychology in Birminham (first choice) and i'm so worried about my mocks and getting good predicted grades but idk about birminham because everyone i ask says its a LOT
I have both a macbook and ipad and i rarely use my macbook for uni. The only time I use it is to type essays but even then, i know people who use their ipad to type essays cos it has Word too. If it’s just for uni, i’d say get the ipad and then u can even invest in a keyboard for it too x
Selly oak court is a good choiceee. There was defo quite a few black people staying there this year, and it’s not far from all the shops. It’s just a bit of a further walk away from campus x
There’s not that much black people in Bournbrook. Bournbrook is quite an isolated accommodation there’s no social spaces and no reception. So making friends in the accom can be very difficult. However the rooms are quite big and the kitchen is very big too.
Praying for the right friends for uni is a MUST! Only God knows who’s best for us, he sees the conversations people have about us that we don’t see!
I left uni 8 years ago but this is a timely word. I just randomly clicked but thank you for this 💕
Word!!!

Is there a large number of Christians there? And would you recommend Birmingham for Christian’s.
I went to Burma for a day and it was so crazy and odd I don’t think I’d go again
So proud of you Natania definition of you made it 💚♾️
I’m so proud of Natania 🙌🏻🤍

If you wanted an alternative, I do Psychology at Uni of Nottingham and I’d recommend
I'm also worried about predicted grades and how seriously unis take them😢
