This is the story on how a kid discovered the 1995 South Park short "The Spirit of Christmas" (aka Jesus vs Santa) on the golf ps1 game, Tiger Woods 99 PGA Tour.
There have been many speculations online on what happened, since it's not been proven on whether the developer involved put the file on the disc with malicious intent. But based on the evidence, this is the most likely scenario.
