    Can you please make a video on the differences between various bioceramic sealers in the market? That would be much appreciated! As always thanks again for the great content!

    Can you do a video on some of the different bioceramic sealers on the market compared to Brassler USA? Do you get just as good as clinical results with coating master cone with sealer “basic technique” versus the “hydraulic condensation injection technique”. ? Keep the videos coming, you do an amazing job. Seems like it’s both safer & more cost effective to coat master cone & master apical file with sealer than injecting cement in the canal.

    Thank you for the great presentation. If using the file in reverse mode, do we use the final file? Also how deep do we go? To the length? Or 2/3 ?
    Last question what doi do with the one that are already over ? I use Brasseler BC sealer.
    Thank you in advance

      You can use your last file or even a hand file. Just make sure it’s clean. You can wipe and place it in NaClO for 30 seconds or you can use a new one if you will resterilize your files. I usually use an EndoSequence Scout size 25/04 in reverse (CCW) at 300RPM and take it 1mm short of the WL.

    Dr Nasseh, instead of a sealer coated file, would you also suggest a sealer coated paper point?

    • @AANasseh
      @AANasseh  Před 2 měsíci

      Certainly another option. Only issue with some paper points is they may not have enough strength and can fold over in smaller sizes but it works the same! 👍

    Great tips for prevention but what about the management when it occurs, I think if the dentist is sloppy enough to cause this error then he might have also been sloppy in cleaning shaping,, maybe there is a separated instrument that doesn't show up cause of opacity of sealer,, I'm considering that the patient is coming to me instead of going back to the treating dentist in which he doesn't trust anymore probably,, what are your thoughts doctor nasseh
    Thanks!

      You are right I did not get a chance to explain potential ways of managing the problem. I think taking a CBCTs and deciding the amount of material in the IAN canal.is the first step with the potential need to do nerve decompression surgically Is a large volume of material is blocking the nerve. If the amount is small observation may be necessary and, depending on the location, paresthesia could last up to 18 months,.beyond which time, it may be permanent. These problems are so catastrophic that most of our effort should be spent and prevention rather than management. Thank you for your question.
