She went into pph after delivery and that can happen with any female even when with no risk factor , multiple blood products were given to her to save her life , multiple surgeries were done to save her . Going into post partem hemorrhage is under no one's control and this is what happened with her , and doctors did everything to save her and they saved her. This is so unfortunate that people even without knowing about medical conditions directly accuse doctors. In india last year female gynecologist committed suicide when similar incident took place and the patient died and later on murder charges were lodged on her due to political pressure. After that government made a rule yo not lodge such compliant directly without verifying by another doctor .
You changed my perspective towards life. I was complaining about my small problems and was thinking to end everything. When i saw your video, i understood how strong you are from the inside. I don’t have supportive husband .He blamed me for his early arrival and Later his Autism diagnosis . I remained strong for my son , now I am a single mother and ex husband conveniently walked away saying he never wanted an autistic child and that he deserves better . No words. Tears rolling down. I could imagine how painful it is. you are an inspiring person. So much to learn from you. During my delivery, I too had severe blood loss and was unconscious. I was on continues blood transfusion. My doctor monitored for 10hrs and did surgery again to remove my uterus. I was kept in ICU, When I woke up I could not speak, My hands were tied and see all machines around. I didn’t understand what’s happening. I was on ventilator. My bleeding slowly stopped after removal of uterus. My babies were in NICU. I got to see them after a week of my delivery. I thank my doctor, she saved my life. It’s so hard and needs lot of courage to come out of such trauma.

I know this could be painful and please forgive me if this sounds inappropriate but can you share if you felt that the hospital or hospital staff were somewhat negligent or responsible for this? I’m bringing this up because you mentioned how the nurse tried to manage your bleeding on her own instead of getting a doctor to treat you immediately. Did your OB conduct proper tests prior to delivery? I’ve had multiple surgeries myself (of course of much lower intensity) and every time I feel that we don’t advocate enough for ourselves. Hospital experiences can be very overwhelming, so kudos to you for showing the grit and determination. Again, thank you for sharing your experience. God bless you.

I don’t have supportive husband .He blamed me for his early arrival and Later his Autism diagnosis . I remained strong for my son , now I am a single mother and ex husband conveniently walked away saying he never wanted an autistic child and that he deserves better . No words. Tears rolling down. I could imagine how painful it is. you are an inspiring person. So much to learn from you. During my delivery, I too had severe blood loss and was unconscious. I was on continues blood transfusion. My doctor monitored for 10hrs and did surgery again to remove my uterus. I was kept in ICU, When I woke up I could not speak, My hands were tied and see all machines around. I didn’t understand what’s happening. I was on ventilator. My bleeding slowly stopped after removal of uterus. My babies were in NICU. I got to see them after a week of my delivery. I thank my doctor, she saved my life. It’s so hard and needs lot of courage to come out of such trauma.

I know this could be painful and please forgive me if this sounds inappropriate but can you share if you felt that the hospital or hospital staff were somewhat negligent or responsible for this? I’m bringing this up because you mentioned how the nurse tried to manage your bleeding on her own instead of getting a doctor to treat you immediately. Did your OB conduct proper tests prior to delivery? I’ve had multiple surgeries myself (of course of much lower intensity) and every time I feel that we don’t advocate enough for ourselves. Hospital experiences can be very overwhelming, so kudos to you for showing the grit and determination. Again, thank you for sharing your experience. God bless you.
