This property is owned by a Non bengali...prices obviously are very high.
Same for Itachuna Rajbari...the king was a Maharastrian who looted wealth in the name of tax from the Nawab.However Itachuna rates are reasonsble.I would always prefer contributing to a bengali rajbari
