I felt so bad for this guy. He was the first one to call CPS and told everyone he possibly could about what Adam did. Prayers to him.🙏❤️
He was the only one that tried. Bless u Kevin. I hope u know u did the best u possibly could but no one listened & Adam was deceptive & blocked everyone from allowing her help. Harmony knows u cared 🙏🏼🕊️

As a child who was dismissed by cps & claims that weren't followed up on, all I can stress is DON'T STOP!! -until you know the kid(s) are in a safe place, keep "badgering", reporting, & continuing to call 911/CPS until you no longer need to. ❤ I was saved, but know it could've been worse. 🙏

There are many " career criminals" who are loving, kind and successful parents. Let's call it what it is, a pernicious "child abuser". Repeatedly breaking laws and being an amazing parent are not mutually exclusive.
And this happens all the time. CPS is so overwhelmed ,so short staffed, and not enough training. Our kids are being abused EVERY DAY! WEe need a better system.
The poor man is obviously moved. Seeing this, I have time and opportunity to come up with a plan of action if, God forbid, I was ever in his situation. I would call an ambulance! You can't guarantee what the hospital will do, but at least they are an authority. A black eye that bad might mean a broken bone or damaged eye. Poor baby! All the poor babies!

It really is sad. There was a little girl in Oklahoma that DHS returned her to her abusive parents. Little 2 yr old Kelsey Smith-Briggs, murdered by her parents after obvious abuse. Our system is failing these poor children.

Imagine a grown man taking another person's child away from their parent (most likely without the parent's consent). He could easily be accused of abduction.

I feel so bad for this poor child, whenever I see a picture of her I just wish I could reach through the TV and hug her. Adam really is a poor excuse for a human being, it says it all that he hasn’t been man enough to turn up to court and face the music yet he thought beating and abusing a defenceless 5 year old made a tough guy. Children services has qualified immunity. They get away with abuse and murder everyday!!
He fought for custody and she wasn't there because she had another court case in another town with her son. she filed for continuance, judge denied it and since she wasn't there he got sole legal custody

The Judge gave Adam custody when he got out of prison. The mom was getting sober from drugs, had a court hearing for her son the same day in a different town. The Judge wouldn't give her a chance or a continuance. That judge should be brought up for judicial investigation for that error for sure.

Adam Montgomery CONFESSED to his father and brother that he had "bashed her around this house yesterday". Neither one did anything to REMOVE this child from his horrific abuse. Neither did her evil stepmother.
This poor uncle will be haunted the rest of his life by this. He did try to get her help.
