- 製作「三摩地」的影片本就是一個極其困難的一件事。「三摩地」是一個無法用言語說明其存在，但又是如此重要的概念。我們試圖用淺顯的文字來引領人們進入「三摩地」的世界。我們想告訴您這一切的答案就僅僅只是一個「狀態」和一種覺知後的「感覺」。當您看完影片後，您需要做的是回到內心對自我內在的探索，直到對所有過去的認知都化為「空性」。您才能重新啟動您的感官，進而辨識事物的真偽，看見眼前世界的真實面貌，最終取回您內在真正的智慧。

Making a video about "Samadhi" is an extremely difficult task. "Samadhi" is a concept that cannot be explained in words, yet it is so important. We attempt to guide people into the world of "Samadhi" using simple language. We want to tell you that the answer to all of this is simply a "state" and a feeling of awareness that comes after it. After watching the video, what you need to do is to delve into the exploration of your inner self until all past knowledge becomes meaningless. Only then can you reboot your senses, recognize the truth of things, and ultimately see the true face of the world before you.

如果人想透過某種或多種的技巧方法試圖去找尋，發現和明白自己究竟是誰(是何物？)，估計絕大多數人很快的就會忘記或放棄這樣無效的努力，接著自己又再次的回到現實世界中繼續過著痛苦掙扎的生活。
如果我們是換個思路去找尋，同樣去探究我到底是誰？但把探究的方式改成：什麼才不是我？並且是從過去經驗裡“這是我”的每一個概念中去尋找，去確認，去肯定“這些”最終的結果都統統“不是我”時，這種只透過自我輕鬆【觀察】和【肯定】(只有肯定才有力量能放下堅固錯誤的認知)，而不需要透過刻意的方法去努力，那你自然就會很快的體悟和發現更真實的自己。

三摩地无路。如何读解如何突破。
無路之路，謂之捨棄。捨棄原有的認知，自然產生新的路。問題：有誰能夠有勇氣捨棄過往，如同音障一般，突破與未突破只是一牆之隔，卻是兩個截然不同的世界。
