this is because he is out of toxic, junk, unhealthy routine of eating food. One can become like him which is mentally quiet, discipline, soft spoken, non reactive and composed when one feels healthy and light from inside and has found the purpose of his her life, hope i have made some sense.
Weight loss isn't all about gym it's about dedication and self-control 👏
Fun fact - don’t need self control once you start IF. Your eyes stop lighting up and you don’t feel any emotion when see a donut.
this is how a video should be made. what a humble, polite guy - not like other youtubers who say I've cracked the code of the universe by going on a diet. Bro, I've subscribed, and have forwarded the link to your video to my whatsapp contacts. Thank you for spreading this positivity. Love your fitness journey and rawness. Big thumbs up and all the power to you for the future!
Because he knows to be humble since he knows the dedication and hardwork it takes
Kid, you realised this at such a young age! Kudos to that and kudos to you having self control on yourself and achieving the goals. I was never a fat kid until I reach my 30s, mostly due to sedentary work lifestyle. All that you said in the video is something I learnt in my 30s. Good job on this video and details, keep doing the good work!
The amount of knowledge and motivation you are spreading is amazing 🤝 👑
The sheer mental fortitude one needs to commit to something like this and that too for one year, I applaud you my guy. This is insane not just your progression but the mindset.
It's not that tough after like 1 month you get used to it, personally there was also this form of dopamine release that happened when I fasted almost as though you start craving the feeling of being in a fast.
Omg!! Congratulations on your achievement. Let me put emphasis on how calm and collected you are. You're so soft spoken. Keep up the great work. Your voice and your knowledge is going to make you successful. Go mohit!! :)
I can totally relate to what you are saying, and should give credit to you for honestly sharing your experience and knowledge.
You're the articulate, educated future of the Indian fitness CZcams scene. Kudos on the transformation bro. Keep up the good work.
The way you have explained MaashaaAllah, go with the flow one day you will be an amaizing coach.
I am super impressed with the way you explained everything in this video. You should be proud of yourself. Kudos to you for sticking to your goal. You earned a new subscriber.
Your calm voice freshens me up , was following you on insta , don't know how was i able to find you on yt
I feel you bro, I was fattest in my class, at 20 I joined gym ,did diet (calorie deficit) lost 30kg from 110 to 80, but then COVID hit I graduated college,I was preparing for competitive examinations I gained all that back and more, I after cracking some exams I am back to the drill and looking forward to lose it again
Well done ! Reminded me of myself. I was a fat kid also. Started my wt loss journey when I was 16ish. Now I have been eating one meal a day for the last 5 years. Has not affected my muscle gains at all. Jai intermittent fasting 🙏
@@RAKESH-dl9jg High protein, low carb and moderate fats (omega 3 primarily).
Hey! Thanks for sharing your fasting and diet , we gain so much knowledge about diet , so please can you take about you workout plan or cardio training. Which helps you get in shape ✨
This is a good video super informative. I had known about some stuff but not the part about insulin rising more from starchy n carbs food.

Fantastic video. Congratulations on the weight loss. Inspirational :)
Such articulate explanation, backed by correct knowledge while taking into consideration an individual's body type and how it responds to diet/exercise. Bravo! Loved the video and simple, realistic representation.
You're an inspiration bro! Generally speaking every obese person I know skip going to gym/having a healthy meal after a month or so. Kudos to your dedication.
Amazing...very much honest, candid & realistic!!

Hi. Great achievement. Totally agree about intermittent fasting and diet control. It works. At age 64, over a year I lost 17 kg and it certainly made me feel good.
Congratulations to you on your achievement, it's not easy to loose weight especially when you have failed previously. You must be very disciplined & mentally very focused. I am so happy for you as I know how mean people can be when you are over weight. You come across very calm & humble human being I can feel good vibes from you please don't let anyone or anything change you. I am also trying to loose weight instead of loosing I'm putting on more weight but I'm not giving up. I will be a healthy weight for my height. I started putting on weight while pregnant & also after pregnancy put more weight on as I was suffering with depression & had no family support. So glad I came across your channel. Love & blessing's to you & your family.💖🤲👍💪😊
Superb! You’re a genuinely nice person. I can see that by the way you speak. You’re doing everything right. OMAD with low carb/keto, it has results far surpassing just weight loss. Your health will see an overall improvement with cognitive function and body’s ability to heal itself. Next, try a 40 hour long fast for stem cell Re-generation. It will make you a human like none other in your age geiup
Hey ...How often should you fast for 40 hours...like once in a month or once in a week?
Thanks for sharing your weight loss journey. Very helpful.
Respect Bhai😊 I am struggling with my weight and feel lost most of the time. I am going thrue rough patch of my life n sadly only food makes me happy. You overcome that urge of eating extra food is big achievement. Whever i go to gym I feel disgusting, i self analyse myself very much, i hope one day achieve transformation like you. I wish you the best😊
I also did it for thre months
And the results as you said
I am 43 and diabetic my sugar level came in control
My BP also in control
Now I am eating 2 times aday
In very less calories no tea or
Coffee or outside food
Since three years i stopped
My medicines
@@okaymohit Good Job brother 👌🏻👍🏻
When following such a low calorie diet please check with your doctor or dietitian if it's healthy
I read an article where a guy was following a strict diet calorie restricted diet
Eventually he lost his appetite and became anorexic
Later he was diagnosed with some sort of cancer
So calm and peaceful to watch this video! Just keep this simplicity in your videos!
You hv explained it very correctly...... this is how a video should be After watching One doesn't fall in suspicion that wheather it's right or wrong ...also there r no false hopes ...well done... keep it up
Such a humble polite guy. Im glad you have transformed to your healthy self.
Heyyy bro…you’re such an inspiration…
Also your way of talking is too good😘
Your T-shirt are soo sober…can you please share the link to buy it please 🙏🥺🥺
Mohit, you really have set a example. My 12 years old son has bad eating habit and turning to 1st fat person in entire family. Trying to motivate him by your videos.
@okaymohit - thank you for this inspirational video bro, I tried intermittent fasting but was getting too much headache and weakness and fatigue . And I am a yoga teacher so I had to stop. Please do share a video of what all obstacles and side effects you had to overcome. 🙏👍
You can try Intermittent fasting with Keto diet. Using fat as energy source will not spike your insulin. First few days, may be a week can be a struggle but your body will get used to it. Plan what you’ll eat for the week before you start with some back up keto options - will help you from getting off track. I’m currently on keto OMAD since 3wks and it’s going good so far - before that was on 16-8 keto fasting for a month. I watch a lot of Dr Eric Bergs videos. I’ve been thinking of doing yoga but never joined classes - combining yoga with diet will be great I think ! 👍🏼
@@pingoo969hii can u please share in detail about ur diet and how do u calculate macros ❓❓❓❓❓
For headache , you can try some salt and water mixture during fasting period. It worked for me. I learn this trick from dr jason fung vedios about omad.
I understand your feelings and struggle brother ......mai vi pehle 96 kg ka tha and my current weight is 72 with musclemass and goodfat
You're an inspiration for everyone. Well-done
Mohit.. really nice explanation of concepts that people don't usually grasp easily
Bro the dedication level is insane man!!!!
Also, you need a strong mindset to be discipled and only eat 1 meal a day. Good job! Amazing.
Thanks bro, I really miss my OMD which done it for more than a year. I really want to continue it again. This video really inspired me again. please share what you eat during the one meal. Thanks
Hey great videos... btw I'm also following intermittent fasting and going to the gym can you please explain how do you manage both like do you prefer working out fasted or in eating period and do you take supplements or vitamins like protein, creatine, multivitamin etc... if yes then when is the best time to take them.
Thanks this will help me immensely in my wait loss journey.
Workout after having last meal this will control your blood sugar, and insulin spike and also u have enough endurance and energy to work out, also improves sleep cycle which is must for controlling stress hormones like cortisol and accelerates your fat burning.
There is no best time for supplement our anabolic window is open for 24 hrs you can take supplement as per your convenient time, better include your protein with meal that will increase your satiety and prevent from overeating 👍all the best for ur weightloss journey for more info u can read the obesity code book by dr jason fung
Great video, I did OMAD for 1 year and 2 months. It was great!
Lost about 30kgs. But once I stopped it gained the weight back in 6months. Since I was eating huge meals during OMAD, wasn't able to change that.
It was working for your body and health and then why do you have to stop it?
The way he explains the process is absolutely mind-blowing.
Good Job Bro 👍
I also tried intermittent fasting (16hrs fasting) for weight loss and in just 2 months I lose 9kgs of body weight.
And still I use this method once in a week ❤️
Hey!! I am also on IF since 1 month and i had lost 4 kgs, ! Can u share ur diet and timing? It will help me💗🙏
@@aloogobinder5028 yes obviously if you workout without consuming any calories then it will breakdown your fats more faster and you will lose weight as fast as possible. That's why Intermittent fasting is the most effective way to lose weight
Watching you motivates me so much 🤗
Keep it up
After achieving such great success someone else would show off, I could have understood by body language, style and words but u are such a polite guy, God bless u and may u succeed in all ur tasks.
i do 18:6 fasting but after cheat meal (which is mostly dinner but my fasting is from 1pm to 7am), ig so that my body gets confused and gives me bloating. how did you overcome this problem?
Drink plenty of water in your fasting period....take cold water...it boosts your metabolic rate as well.
It's so amazing to see someone who did the exact research like me, completely agree with you bro, I too lost 20 kgs in 6 months, though I haven't created a CZcams video but I appreciate yours
Can we take whey protein after workout or we need to take protein during one meal only??
@@dungeonmaster2365 does it affect one meal a day diet if I take whey protein in the morning, and meal of the day in evening and thanks for the reply.
@@pankajdalal2529 well when you take one meal at a time, you're automatically signing for intermittent fasting, so taking whey protein at morning will break this cycle, which may slow down your desired result.. You can do one thing, break your dinner in two parts 6 pm and 8pm , take protein shake at 6 and rest of the dinner at 8 and in morning take warm water with lemon juice and black pepper, since it has 0 calories it will not break your intermittent fasting too
You have a very good talent for speech. You explain lucidly. Keep it up!
Hey when you were on the OMAD diet
When did you go to the gym before or after your meal?
Wow! Congrats bro! You look amazing. The transformation (0:07) is insane.

Hello Mohit Bhai, I am really motivated by you and hats off to what you have achieved. As suggested by you, I have also doing intermittent fasting and have only being having One meal a day. However, I had one question, can i consume Black coffee/Green tea during interminent fasting any time of the day? Does it breaks my fast if consumed? Request to please answer and help.
Always a big fan of yours. Awaiting your reply. Thanks 😊
omad works bro. i was 119kgs 6 months ago, i strictly followed omad diet and drank hell lot of water with mild cardio and exercise. im 77kgs now. yes it works guys but do consult a dietician before starting any diet because different body types may have a different diet to be or not to be followed.
@@Happpysoull For some time period ur body may adopt this particular diet but with mild exercise and not eating out frequently u wont gain the weight back. i just play badminton now and eat normal homecooked meals and sometime i do eat junks n all maybe once a week but i dont gain much.
Appreciate the transformation man ❤️❤️

2. Motivation.
3. Will to Starve for 16 Hours.
4. Decipline.
5. A Mentor who can guide them in the Journey.
6. Diet Plan.

I can see that your videos are really similar to Dr Berg's. Not just the style but the content as well 😀 Seems like you took some heavy inspiration from him 🙌
Dr berg is a not a registered GP. He is chiropractor, not proper doctor, so even doctor berg can not vouch for things he explains and SELLS!
You speak so calmly, gives me a good and positive vibes😊
Thank u for this point to point experience ❤... u r a polite guy.. God bless 🙌 u 🙏
Bro i also lost 13 kg but after loosing 13 kg i again started eating unhealthy and now i again gained 3-4 kg back and i even stopped exercising but now i realised that it's a long term process and i will start again so do you think that this time will it be more hard to loose

Your voice is so calm and soothing thanks for sharing this video with us 😊
For the first time I was getting disappointed that the video has ended . You have spoken from your Heart
PLEASE TELL ME IF IM DOING IT RIGHT OR NOT?
I burn around 300-500calories in one gym session and I go to walk in evening and it burns around 300-400+ calories and I'm also following intermittent diet and I only eat one meal in dinner and I make sure that I'm in calories deficit so if I burn 700calories through workout in a day i eat around 400-500 calories.
IVE BEEN FOLLOWING THIS PLAN SINCE LAST 3WEEKS AND MY WEIGHT WENT FROM 97KG TO 91.8KG RIGHT NOW.
Bhai kya kar rha hai tu???
Bhai 400-500 calories bhai body ki maintanence calories bhi dekhi jati hai
Humara brain glucose banane ke lie 400-500 calories use kr leta hai
Fir body ke lie kya bacha aab jese iss video me mohit one meal a day me almost 1500-1700 calories khaa rha tha to ye theek hai
Bhai atleast 1400 calories to khao tum
@@harsh8660 300-500 Cal ka kehne ke mera mtlb tha sirf workout se burn hone wale cal i know ki body ko bhi chahiye cal apne normal task ke liye. I just meant workout krke 300-500 cal burn krta hoon in one gym session.
How much an average person's body whose weight is 90Kg burn calories for just usual tasks like functioning the body?
@@cero_ez8190 there is no fix numbers bro bhot factors hote hai it depends upon your lifestyle ki apka lifestyle kitna active hai but jitni body ki maintanence calories hoti hai usme maximum 600-700 calories ka deficit rakhna chaiye usse jada nahi
Same story brahh...lost 37 kg in lockdown ..went from 106kg to 68 kg with good muscles mass
