    Thank you so much for your video. I completed the Le Puy in September/October 2021. I used your video as a guide to plan my routes. I did take the Célé Valley variant. It was spectacular. I loved loved it all!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

    We start this camino in 4 weeks April 23. We have walked all over Spain but I'm worried about this as we're Vegan but will go vegetarian. Can they accommodate our diet?

    • @caminodennis
      @caminodennis  Před rokem

      Best way is to call ahead to speak to your host to see if they can accommondate one's Vegan diet. Please keep in mind that you will be travelling in the rural part of France and their culinary tradition runs deep. Be flexible is the key. You will need to speak some French when talking to the host about your requst (use translation apps). Bring your own food if you can purchase them ahead of time if all options failed.

    Hi Nadine, I have enjoyed your videos about various Caminos. I have already done the Chemin du Puy, and I am hoping to do the Via Gebennensis in May. Have you done this Camino and do you have good information and/or resources regarding this Camino? Thank you and Buen Camino. :)

    Very informative. Planning to do next year. You mentioned a book by Livingstone. I was wondering if you could let me know the name of the book

      Ms. Blais used these three guide books on her planning of the Le Puy Camino: A) The Way of St. James France, published by Cicerone, b) Miam Miam Dodo GR 65 Le Puy-en-Velay (French edition), published by L & J Clouteau, and C) Lightfoot Guide to the Via Podiensis, published by Angelynn Meya. Always get the most up-to-date edition. Out of these three books, the Miam Miam Dodo is the most up-to-date book (2021). It is in French but very easy to understand.
