To tell her life story the way it is and to bring out the imperfections. We must learn from it but not criticize it. The book is amazing 😻
Exactly dear. I equally asked that question because the book revolves around a lot of main issues but people are focusing on what they choose to.
It a good idea writing a book to explain her experiences in life but denting others image due to imperfections related to immaturity is a no no, she could have made the names anonymous and still would be telling her story though

I agree with everything you said except the part about not criticizing. That's not how the world works. Part of the process of complete analysis will include criticism. That's not to slight Miss Nelson. We all have made choices in life we regret. So if she has the courage to put it out in public, she must accept the possibility of criticism. You can't make your life story public and insist on how it will be digested. That wil depend on the public. And she's making her money. She should be proud. We are all engaged, which is the best that could happen for her.

I never had a doubt that Yvonne Nelson was telling the truth. If she wasn't, she would not mention people's name knowing that their reputation is at stake. The boldness to even write that she did an abortion got me. Now everyone knows you did an abortion. What I see is someone that is going through emotional pain even at the time of writing which is sad. Thanks to @kwadwosheldonstudios for the break down.

I loved your input on the Sark issue. Who the hell cares about his reputation! If he wanted to keep his reputation intact he should have acted accordingly. A lot of kids and adults are going through this type of trauma. Most Moms put their kids through a lot all in the name of teaching the baby daddy a lesson
It's so sickening. I'm a victim of that too so I relate a lot. Some of these evil mothers act like someone forced them to open up their legs for irresponsible men that they don't like. Then end up putting the innocent children who didn't ask to be birthed through unnecessary trauma. During their youth, they compete with their friends on who is getting married first and who is having a baby first and just end up having kids with anyone without proper assessment like as if a baby is some price for winning in life. I hope my generation does better.

Lots of ladies need to understand that children are gifts from God and there is no time table as to when the right time is to have children. The importance of fathers in the life of their children cannot be overemphasised..God in his wisdom knows why a woman cannot singlehandedly conceive a child, she needs a man for conception to take place. And so when a child doesn't have a father in a life, he or she spends her life trying to fill that void with other men , hence you see all her past relationships ending sour because she is looking for a father in those men..hmmm I am really inspired by this book

Hmm my mom literally introduced me to a doctor that he is my dad after several years of knowing a certain family and man as my paternal side....just for my mom later to tell me the doc was not my dad...so that was a straightforward truth that the man I knew was my dad wasn't and am 30 atm moment and still don't know my dad nor his family...so in all my mom has introduced me to 3families as my paternal side hmm...For the sake of peace and my own sanity I have decided to move and forgive my mom...I can really relate with Yvonne it hurts so much.

There is a secret to her birth. The mother refusing to tell her means it’s either a shame( the father might be a relative) or the mother don’t really know the father or she swore never to tell her due to the trauma she pass through giving her birth.
A friend of mine got same experience as he mother refused to tell him his father. To cut the long story short: My friend chase his mother with a weapon and was ready to get the information by all means: guess what out of fear that she might lose her life she confessed and told him his father.
The mother know who the father is but Yvonne has not dealt with her in a way that she will be force to speak.
Yvonne is too peaceful for my liking and the mother is just a wicked person enjoying the trauma of her daughter

This issue of YN's father can be solved easily. Rev. Ogyaba can tell her who her father is, and where he lives. YN must book a private appointment with Ogyaba. I think he does one on one appointments at his Abokobi church on Thursdays....I will pay the consultation fee for her, becos it seems like knowing her father will heal her heart in a unique way!!!
