- Takumi Tei reopened at EPCOT on November 23rd with an all new menu that is a traditional and plant-based dining option. As a vegan and not vegan at disney world dining all of the time we were elated to find this available at Takumi Tei Epcot. The Zensai Moriawase at takumi tei disney world is a chef selection of three appetizers and the regular menu consists for five seasonal appetizers selected by the chef at Takumi Tei Disney World. takumi tei 2022 does accept walt disney world annual passholder discounts on food. Currently takumi tei opening is walk up only with limited tables and hours so you will want to get there before they open to stand in the reservation line.

Disney did not announce the opening day, probably because it's owned by Mitsukoshi. As soon as we heard there was a vegan menu, I forced Bear to leave work early to wait. It was so worth it. I think he enjoyed it more than I did. 👸

Well, she’s three sheets to the wind entering the place. Slurring, calling yuzu “uzu” and struggling with those chopsticks, despite being familiar with this cuisine. He is much more articulate in the food analysis. Btw, the seaweed strings under the ikura (fish roe) is mozuku, famous from Okinawa. The leaf beneath the squid is shiso. Do come to Japan, where you’ll get that whole meal for less than $20, especially with the exchange rate.
We'll keep that in mind when we do make it over to Japan
This is amazing. I do like seaweed, but I have taught marine botany for many years. I prefer coffee. This may be necessary.

@@psionyxv2210 THe original one was $130 but you could also order a la carte. Now it's just the flat $250 or $150 if you're plant based.

They open at 5pm. We got to the podium somewhere around 4:30pm-4:45pm and there was a line. We were either third or fourth in line and still had to wait an hour for our table. That was fine for us but if you're aiming to be the first table, you'd probably want to be at the podium around 4pm.

I do but only a small number of fish. My fish phase was about 3 months so my memory is not so great. 👸
