Men who are NOT with their baby mother needs to file joint custody while in the relationship. As you are NOT married. Just cover your self before it even get there. When it's over it can be a nightmare but if things are in place smooth sailing.
Most men don’t want to do that. The cry on social media that they don’t see their kid often enough, but won’t file for 50/50 custody. Most single fathers, especially young ones don’t want 50/50 custody. Do you think Jordan wants to have his daughter majority or even half the time? That means he won’t be able to get drunk and high every night. Even if Cierra offered him 50/50 without going through any court proceedings, he wouldn’t take it. He’s fine to have the baby every couple of weeks for a few hours or days at a time so he can post on social media and feel like he’s really doing something.

My daughter learned through singing. Start song words that she hears off of her nursery rhymes. Colors,numbers, alphabet,apples & bananas etc. sing and point.I’m glad she’s eating more. A Acc device would be a game changer for communication. A Board of her favorite things so she can point. repeat what ever she gets out loud so she hears the words to learn what things are.(Coming down to eye level when saying words when my daughter choose things was helpful too. I would show her the item close to my face, point at it and say what it is making eye contact. Bringing things close to your face helps with eye contact ,attention and reading your mouth. I repeat the name of item 3x) she learned to say her favorite things

I don’t think a parent should ever keep a child away and the court system won’t either usually under any circumstances, they will suggest “ supervised parenting time “ at the most if the child’s safety is at risk. He would have to sacrifice clubbing and hanging with his friends every day if he wanted to be a more active parent. He’s a deadbeat. Ya'll should consider coparent counseling! I understand ya'll may have trust issues when it comes to getting any type of help raising Baby Kinsley but there are some GREAT options out there for family therapy. Sometimes it can be very beneficial to have someone with no emotional attachment to just give some guidance on how to navigate ya'll's situation, especially having a child with autism. Ya'll are NOT alone in this and you don't have to figure it all out by yourselves.
I can’t speak on Jordan and Cierra situation Becus idk what be going on with them or going on with them. At the end of the day it’s about Kinsley not them!!

I have a nonverbal autistic child. You have to trust the other parent to be a parent. Jordan knows she’s autistic allow him to parent & grow. This journey is not easy. Jordan definitely be cautious because special needs kids do get hurt by others bc they don’t understand and consider them as “bad” kids not knowing they don’t truly understand it.
