      I don't like the process how they make their food it's unhygienic, they stir/mixed it with their bare hands until armpit..my god they wash their hand on the sauce...what the heck...ewww no way...

      @@MsVroege Relax, it's not all the same process as you see on social media videos. Not all of them are like that. What you can see are poorer areas and lacks education on basic hygene. Nursing schools are more competitive in the Philippines in terms of performance. Since many Nursing Graduates are more in demand abroad compared to taking Medical Courses which take quite a long to finish and are expensive as well for many locals to have a degree in medicine. Only a few can able to afford it. However, with regard to Nursing Performing Schools, many of which are no longer centralized in the capital Manila. Many private colleges & universities from the province are performing equally and fairly against other established Nursing Schools in Manila. Some cited performing Nursing Schools are The University of Baguio, UP Baguio, St. Louis University in Baguio, Holy Angel University & AUF in Pampanga, and Silliman University in Dumaguete City. In the capital Metro Manila alone, the Top Performing schools are St. Paul University Manila, Trinity University, Manila Doctors College, FEU, CEU, De LaSalle -Dasmarinas & University of Santo Tomas.

    Medical School Drive is one of my my favorite places in Davao. Authentic Indian food, spices you will not find anywhere else locally (at exceptional prices). Sadly in the past four years of visiting Davao only met two or three Indian students seemingly interested in interacting with some other foreigner - and they had family in NYC, where I am from. Wish that the Indian students were more approachable outside of their community - but if you're here to study and not socialize, I can respect that. Excellent and informative interview.

Believe it or not, some parts the Philippine Archipelago had been COLONIZED by MAJAPHAJET EMPIRE of INDIA from the period of 11th to 12th century AD, that is why some Indian cultures and language rooted and still existing nowadays in the modern Philippines, example the Word " Bai " which means " pay respect " to a random person that name doesn't still recognized. Example : Bai, where did you come from ?

      I have an indian friend who is already a doctor in India. He studied in DMSF. I really asked him whyd davao, he told me that there are multiple examinees who studied at dmsf topped the licensure in India. That's one of the reason Indian students came here in davao because of the passing rate with an exceptionally cheaper price compared to Indian med schools.

      Why u understimate universities in other urban cities of the Philippines? Mostly board top notchers are professionals product of provincial universities and colleges. Kung magsalita ka naman kala mo ikaw ang may hawak ng best of the bests and thats only in Manila. Wag tayo utak alimasag kabayan. Be proud of best professionals from other schools in this country.

      But its expensive in Manila and Manila has high crime rate. Vehicle traffic is horrible. Besides Universities in the provinces are very competitive with Metro Manila universities.

    • @pauliejojo8241
      @pauliejojo8241 Před 11 měsíci

      @@Huwadwink If that is what made you decide to choose a med school then that is already subjective and many aspiring med schools are often regretful right after they had their 1st few years in college. But again modesty aside, ranking can always be competitive for others in terms of top placement. But History itself is evolving even in the medical aspect. If by history medical schools such as the UST & UP Manila which have established their reputations for the longest time in the country, amongst the benchmark of their continuous track records as performing medical schools in the country are those who went on the same level of standard in this avenue. Eg. UERM, and Ateneo Medical School & Public Health have indeed made a significant effort to prove themselves for the same quality education in a short period of time, which the two Universities have already shown for so many years. Crime rate-wise, that's something avoidable unless you have this stupidity of not using your common sense at all times. If these schools outside Manila, are able to prove their standard based on the total number of graduates and the total percentage who have passed the Board Exams for Medicine, then everything can be rightly justifiable accordingly. If the school cannot provide solid data for that, then larger quantities can still be credited among these performing schools which can be found in Metro Manila, the capital.
