Mr Victor, thanks for all your guidance but use of agents is country specific. You MUST use agent as a Nigerian. You can commence the application yourself but when you get to a stage you must fill in the agency you are using before you can proceed

The scholarship is competitive, and you need a transcript to complete the EOI form.
