- Hey party people! Thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share with you my weekly publix grocery haul! What can I say about this grocery haul, OH Wentworth went with me which means he got a little haul to share for himself, lots of goodies, junk, and delicious foods! I couldn't say no... heheee Hope you enjoy seeing the food I bought for our family of 6!

“Put them on the top shelf and have your kids ask for them specifically type of snacks.” 🤣 I can relate! Those super expensive snacks and the super sugary snacks all live up in a high cabinet for that reason!
Kim. Make strawberries water for the kids. It is so easy. Strawberries, water, half cup sugar. Blend it in the blender, put it in a pitcher, and mix it. Add some ice, and enjoy.
I make stir fry with ramen too! Don't forget to add in an egg or two for protein, and any stray frozen or fridge veggies are fair game.

Jena Blochwitz it is one of my favorite things to buy my 3 year old a special treat at the grocery store. He’s so happy, it makes his entire day, he tells dad about it when we get home, it’s just magical.
You'll feel a little guilty. I said a little. Then when the grand kids come along you'll get them everything and just say here this is yours.
I used to give my kids a budget. When we went to the grocery store. five dollars or so then they could pick out whatever they want but once They hit their budget that was it. Then I never had to tell him no. Also fluffernutters are delicious!

I love the pizza dough from Publix. I make calzones from it. I am making your chicken noodle soup recipe with those noodles, it’s delicious. Also I use my instant pot for your recipe and it turns out perfect every time. I just put the noodles in last for about ten minutes. Yum!!!

I have recently procured a not so instant instant pot! 😉 and wanted to try some stuff out and so I made blueberry muffins with the kodiak cakes brand. Turned out delicious! And then I saw a recipe for pineapple upside down bites! And I had everything but the brown sugar. So I looked up how to make my own and for some in known reason I had molasses in my pantry! So I made my own brown sugar!! It’s literally molasses and sugar! 😁 loved the video! My youngest son gets his own ‘groceries’ every time he goes with me!!

I live in central Ohio and we have been getting the MOST delicious Florida strawberries for the last few weeks @ 4 for $5!!!!!! So thank you! LOL

You gotta try the golden classic chicken from boar's head! 42% less sodium and so delicious! Throw some on bread with choice of condiments and some havarti cheese! I toast mine in my toaster oven

This is why I can’t take my 13 yr old😁😁. I love that you don’t use a list or don’t follow it totally! I have never stuck to my list!🙄 My wallet however pays the price, so to speak!😂😂😂

Fluffernutters were my favorite as a kid! Ironically, they were banned from school lunches in Massachusetts, when fluff is made. Marshmallow fluff is also much better than marshmallows in hot chocolate. Definitely a New England thing. My friends here in NC think it's so strange.

You never follow the recipe and that's why we like you. I think all kids go through a ramen noodle phase, and they all survive it. Wenyworth is so cute and clever asking for fruit and vegetables plus sneaking in more fun items.
I got the same halos from Publix tonight...I was dang you look good, get in my cart! I need to look for this pineapple pealing machine the next I am there!
I just bought Fluff for my girls for the first time last week. They are 11 and 7...not sure how I managed to forget what a joy it is for that long

You can’t duplicate a pub sub!!!!! I worked at Publix in the deli and have tried at home to recreate one and it never tastes the same! Now I work at Greenwise and get a pub sub craving from time to time. Oh! The oven gold turkey and the honey maple ham are great!!! Good picking! Have a great day Kim!!

You can still reuse the bag as a trash bag or use it to put scrapes in when you chop up produce. :)
I love Kix cereal..... yum. That works for me as well. I try the meal planning seems to frustrate my husband and son. Sour cream donuts...delicious. Peppers and pizza yes. Wonderful food.
My "family" recipe for fudge is the one you will find on the back of the marshmallow crème. It's delicious.

I must say, I am stumped on a few....but I did get two outa five so far!!!! Chaka Kahn and Dionne Warwick!!! Drew Carey (aka: the llama) was my fave so far !!!! I love the kitty and turtle voices.....and the taco is VERY playful !!!!!

Yep, cookie dough is irresistible! I make a batch, roll in balls and freeze, so I can make fresh baked cookies. But let's be real, I eat them strait out of the freezer when I crave them.....which is pretty much all the time!
We never buy broth. We use the bouillon cubes for soup. 1 cube for 500ml water (over here anyway). You can quite easily make your own broth that way, just dissolve them into boiling water and tadaa, there's your broth. You're welcome!
I love a fluffernutter sandwich! They were our Friday treat in our lunchboxes.

From one Kim to another, shopping at Publix is like going to an amusement park you've never been to before! So many unique things and not enough money or nerve to buy things to try out.

Try to go to farmer's market , they have so much variety of fruits and vegetables for cheap prices.
My dad introduced us to Marshmallow fluff and peanut butter. He called it a fluffer nutter. I have not thought about that in years. I love Boars Head meat.
Years ago when I worked in the deli Boars Head meats were delicious. Now I don't know. Meredith is so cute she's the star of your videos. Lol.

Publix is so expensive. But we go every week and buy only the b1g1 stuff. That's how we use it. We save a lot on snacks and cereal. Those publix large muffins, when those go b1g1 I'm always so excited.
There are no Publix in Washington state, but I recently went on vacation in Belize, and they have Publix! Definitely not like a Publix you might find in America ;) but still the best place to get groceries in Belize!

I have a super quick dip that everyone loves including a vegan. Mexican dip that is just 3 ingredients. Cream cheese, jar of picante and
shredded cheese. Softened cream cheese spread evenly in 8x8 pan dump picante jar on top and then cover that layer with shredded cheese of your choice. Bake I'm 350° oven until cheese melts and start a to brown. Best served warm.

That's how I meal plan. I have done the overplan each morsel but it didn't work for me. I want what I want when I want it and hated anyone (including me) telling me what I could have when.

I don't eat carbs, except carbs from veggies. I haven't had bread in almost 2 years. Now having a mega craving a hoagie roll with cold cuts, mayo, mustard and pickles, with grapes on the side.

Good morning Kim! Nice haul!!! I picked up some strawberries yesterday from Aldi for $1.50, whaaaaaat???? They were good too 😊. I just started going there for some of my produce. The price difference compared to a supermarket is unreal. An a avacado was .79 each and at the supermarket, $2.00 each 😳. Have a good day today!!☺️

Donna I loooovvveee ALDI! I buy so much there. They’re great about keeping up with health trends (organic, grass-fed milk is just one example). And the prices can’t be beat a lot of times (sometimes they’re priced similarly to Kroger though). And since I live in Texas, I can usually get avocados there for $0.39! 🥑🤑
