p2p. Client A and Client B directly connect to each other, so the only limit is the speed or their internet connections. There's no overhead or prioritization problems. If you have 100 Kbps that's 100 Kbps of video, no congestion.
i am so sorry for the developer in this video! its just good manors to applaud every once in a while when she shows something new and pauses looking up to the audience whether they like it or not. it helps loads to keep up with a good presentation if you get response from the audience. here it seemed like the entire room was empty. nobody even caughed or anything...
most of inter-continental connections are OC13+ and it all boils down to your ISP how much bandwidth they offer you, if you have money trust me there is ample bandwidth available, more challenging would be to get on with the latency. Talk about p2p, forsure when you chat with someone, your data is first transferred to a webserver (e.g msn) and then back to the other user, and both users are connected to server, in p2p, you exchange data directly with each other, so considerably latency is rduced

well that's at an ISP level, short of laying new cables (like Google Fiber) there's nothing that can be done about that.
how to get the source code
What are you talking about? Google is not microsoft. Google didn't invent windows. They are neutral when it comes to using a Mac or a PC.
well, if the two parties are in two sides of the continent, traffic has to flow through the entire Internet, expect congestion...
