A Good Friday treat for you all, as I know you all like your closedowns and start-ups. Don't bother asking for the Crosswits episode, the recording on the tape ended a few minutes after the end of this clip.
End of TV-AM (including an exercise scene that would not be shown today! This is presented here just to show how much times have changed, for I don't censor archive TV except for copyright reasons. If you are the kind of sicko that would "enjoy" this clip of kids exercising in a sexual way, hand yourself in to the police you mental case! Seriously!)
Thames ident (not much longer to go for this ident to be used for continuity!) and handover to This Morning (Granada)
This Morning IVC (Judy Finnegan): The Time The Place live trailer (HTV West)
    This Morning IVC: Crosswits (Tyne-Tees)

Crosswits, the cheapest mid morning quiz show ITV could produce, made by Tyne Tees Television. There was no cash prizes, just small prizes like a pocket radio, portable TV set, with the big prize a holiday.

Mad Lizzie's work outs on TVAM were fantastic.

Shame you don't have the Crosswits episode, especially considering that series has never ever been seen on TV since it was last repeated on Challenge TV in around 2001/02. Of course, the series originally ran nationally and locally on ITV from 1985-1998.

Before the 1971-89 ident for THAMES got shelved. (And the XXI Anniversary ident came to play)

This is the 1984 Thames ident, which has a white St. Paul’s Cathedral. The previous ones didn’t.
