This is EXACTLY what Godzilla was thinking. He saw it as Kong doing the same thing he did in GvK.
In GvK Godzilla could sense something was up with Ghidorah & while searching it out, Kong kept interfering (in G's mind).
In GxK, Godzilla could again sense something was up & Godzilla was searching it out again and there is Kong interfering (in G's mind) *AGAIN* .
That's why Godzilla flipped out when he saw Kong. Godzilla thought it was a repeat on Kong's part.
And in Godzilla's mind he let Kong have the Hollow Earth. And to Godzilla he thought "I gave Kong The Hollow Earth and he still came above it's surface!!" I can totally see why Godzilla saw red here.

It should’ve for sure I don’t know why but since the G-2014 the Hawaii scene he causes a tsunami 🌊 why at the end of the movie when he’s leaving San Francisco that doesn’t happen again or in Boston for King of the monsters 2019 or in Godzilla Vs. Kong when he arrives in Hong Kong he gets out of the water Hong Kong should’ve been flooded how Hawaii was flooded In 2014’s Godzilla. Where is the continuity with that?
