Hey girl hey. I am in the mental health field and looking to pivot/ add. Came across your "2 months as an agent" video (not the name) and immediately subscribed. Hiring isn’t easy when a go getter and your staff aren’t like that, for now I’m going to go without staff a little longer
Hey Patricia, I have been watching for a couple months but first time commenting. I am a broker as well and about to relaunch in a retail storefront. Do you run your office by appointment only or do you leave your door open for walk-ins? I notice you are able to come and go as you want so I am curious how you manage that. I am trying to decide on the best model for me is especially considering I have a small child.
In the beginning I was able to leave and it wasn’t a problem, now I get a office sitter (I usually ask my friend that’s also an agent) when I have an event. I allow walk ins so someone has to be there. I would recommend you have a community day where you can go out to build your business so you don’t feel you can’t grow or create leads where people is calling you and coming in
