I applied for adjustment of status since September 2017. I got my work permit, no travel documents or schedule for interview as of January 2019. Am I within an appropriate waiting time or is my case taking longer than usual.

I married to a Colombian women who was here already before we married with an expired visa . We have not been married for one year yet and I found out and caught her with another man ! At the moment I am hurt and angry with her ! What is your advice that you can give me on my situation ?
Call immigration and tell them you are no longer married, That's what my sister did.
If some one did not go to court an got deported because did not have enough oroof wt can u do to help

HELLLPPP! My Ethiopian wife called a false Restraining Order (PFA) on me and is using the courts to assist her into her becoming a public charge! How can i fight her if shes using a false abuse order on me? Shes an permanent green card residence thru marriage. She also knew about the 3-5 years safety zone in which she can take advantage of the system! Ive given her so much and her threatening me over the years shes activated thru false pretenses!

My wife came here 2013 on fiance visa and we got married before 90 days and we didn't not apply for adjustment of status till 2017 last year because i couldn't get no one to be our sponsor but now im ok i drive 18 wheeler and i make a good living thank God she just got her employment authorization card and a week later she got her social security card the application status is saying your application case is ready to be scheduled for an interview so please tell me what should we expect next are they going to call us for interview or they going to change their mind since she Over Stay here?

My friends immigrant spouse left him right after she got her permanent residence, also lied to an officer during her N-400 interview about whose supporting her. Also she has been working for 2 yrs and not paying any payroll taxes. Possible outcome?

What if I am a F1 student and I don't have that Alien Registration Number?
Alien registration applies only to people who got petitioned by relatives.
Your status is student visa only. Once you finish school you must leave the country unless a company sponsor you to work for them.
