🌶️TƯƠNG ỚT (CHILI SAUCE): Chillies are washed, grinded and drained by machines. Ground chillies are liquified and pumped to a big container. Garlic, sugar, salt, vinegar, ketchup, preservatives are mixed in for 10 minutes before the mixture is pumped into a cooking container. Modified starch and water are mixed and then pumped to the cooking container. The cooking process takes 30 minutes. The sauce is cooled and sent to the packaging room.

🍜MÌ XÀO GIÒN (GOOEY SAUCE OVER CRISPY NOODLES): In a pan with oil, add minced garlic, shallots, pork skin, shrimps, kidney, liver, pork squid and crab cakes. Stir and then add cabbage and carrots. Thicken with starch. Add sugar, msg, seasoning powder, vinegar, oyster sauce and sesame seed oil. Garnish with cilantro and ground pepper and serve with soy sauce, chili sauce, fresh chillies.

I agree. Out of my curiosity, i once tried a chilli choco ice cream and it was AMAZING!! if you don't have an access of that flavor, you can get your regular chocolate ice cream and just add sriracha. I didn't know chilli, chocolate and cream would get so well..

Among the food vloggers around.. BEFRS is very informative, engaging, and funny in one roll. Mark Wein's is more on infos and experience but lacks the funny side on it. Food Ranger on the other hand is all about language and dialects while dabbing into food. I dont know but that's just me. This channel is the best for me among the three.
I never watch the others too..This is the only one worth watching .I have a T-Shirt ..been there since the start..YOu have good taste in shows!
I don't know dude, mark weins is very engaging tho. Every time I watch him, I feel very hungry every damn time, even if the food looks horrible mark can make it seems very appetizing 😂. He's also very informative he even says all the different spices and ingredients in the dish that he can distinguish, you can almost make sense of the taste of the food. But I'll give sonny the funny part tho. Haha.

Here in the Philippines, It's common to put chili sauce on pizza and burgers. Pizza Hut here even provides you with it (though it's just tabasco).

Hey, I have this stuff already. Here in Florida, USA. We're starting to get Vietnamese food products now. Previously Vietnamese brands were mostly made in Thailand. So far the quality of Vietnamese foods and condiments and ramen seem very high. There are now like thirty brands of fish sauce available, when I was a kid there was just one! That one seemed like a lot at the time. And of course their coffee products are pretty available.

I have to disagree with Sonny about the US... Salsa is actually the number one condiment, NOT Ketchup. It's a Latin American condiment which is now America's "chili sauce". Tabasco sauce is also very common. I'm sure growing up in Minnesota it wasn't, but it is now.

And for the Grilled Rice Paper, when you folded it for to go, it become a thin taco also. So technically, Vietnamese grilled rice paper can be counted as both pizza and taco.
