Showing the keys. Naming the chords. I find this so much easier to understand than that falling rain stuff. Having to pause the video every note and line the Coloured bar up with the keyboard takes so long I forget the not before and then have to watch it 2000 times before I give up and watch it another 1000 times and write it down.

I'd suggest you writing the letters on the keys with a pencil to learn them at the beginning
