I wish I'd had a driving instructor like her when I was learning, just doing some refreshers but when I learnt not many females around. I like her demeanour, descriptive nature and professional approach.
@@thernfoster5360 maybe they would have been more comfortable with a female teacher therefore learning would have been easier for them. Why does that matter to you?
You should never forward bay park in the last space before another car - as you need that space for the front of your car to turn. Instead, reverse into those bays.
@@AdvanceDrivingSchool may I ask why you would not just reverse in to all parking bays like this? If you need an empty bay beside you to manoeuvre in would you need it empty to get out again? Also with respect you were not straight in the bay and your wheels were not straight when you completed the park.
You can't do it like this when there's 2 cars on both sides. You have to sort of go in forward and then reverse back until you're at a somewhat straight position, and once you're in a straight position to go in, that's when you go forward in the bay, but its really best to just do the reverse bay park when there's cars parked on both sides...
It's easier to do with cars either side, you can tell where you're going then. What I'm experimenting with is finding a spot (about 2 feet right of the centre of the bay at the back of the bay) and concentrating on lining myself up with that spot. It's harder to get a spot though on an open car park with no walls or anything.
This might be good for the test but in reality if there were cars on both sides she would of smashed it, plus if you were parking to the left side you cannot move out to the right so much to make a big angle as there is oncoming traffic that might be coming your way. Than don't forget thre's gonna be someone behind u waiting unpatiently very close to ur back for you to get out of their way I don't understand why the test is so different from reality. When we are going to drive in real tight situations with real traffic. The driving lessons should I belive prepare you for the worse not the easiest.
My driving instructor has told me not to stop before steering as I'll overshoot where I've stopped to turn (in an automatic) so he wants me to do the whole lot in one movement. Honestly, I can't do it to save my life. I think this will be what I fail for. 😢 I'll try the wing mirror/door handle trick as he's saying its where the line bisects where my pedals would be but i can't seem to judge that at all 😂
Methods for any manoeuvre can vary - to suit the car being used or for each driver. I’m sure your instructor can ‘tailor’ his usual method to suit you. 👍🏼
Hi, Please could you make a small Video on turning right at traffic lights. The problem I'm having is that I live in a small town so when we are turning right at traffic lights there is only 1 lane. This is my weakness. Most the videos I've seen show the ones with multiple lanes at traffic lights. Thank you 😊
Theaching the learners in this way think if they have to park between two cars ......... panic 😂 UK driving it is different than rest of the world ... dangerous way for example being busy check what it is happening in our back ... the one behind you shold be busy with you because he drives forward and you shold be busy with what it is happening in front of you ... but no Uk driving on the left ...writing with the left ... opening windows to outside ... looking back when driving forward...... all of this danger just to be different than the rest of the world 😂😂😂
No offence, but how is what you’ve listed dangerous? Driving on the left is exactly the same as driving on the right, the main reason europe open their windows inwards is because they usually have shutters, UK windows do not, and 99% of people write witg their right hand here so idk where you got that information from lmao

Shes my mum🎉 (the lady in the video).
Yes she is! 😍
Mum has done a great job 😊 of an easy way to park into a bay !
Does your mom give driving classes
I’m based in Wembley area
No - she only helps people to become new driving instructors. Sorry!

@@thernfoster5360 maybe they would have been more comfortable with a female teacher therefore learning would have been easier for them. Why does that matter to you?
I find this so hard to do. I feel like I never do it properly 😕
You crossed into the bay beside you though? If a car had been there you would have hit it. How is this correct?
You should never forward bay park in the last space before another car - as you need that space for the front of your car to turn. Instead, reverse into those bays.

Do the same as she’s doing, except when you’ve approached the other parked car, reverse right to line up the car straight and go in.
I would have reversed into a left hand bay. My horror as left parked right. And used two spaces
Just reverse nerd

Yes, we never forward park between cars! Reverse parking is much better 👍🏼
Good job no1 was parked there you woulda smashed there car

Passed today after watching this today x my instructor was amazing bromley test center.
Very well done! 🚙👍🏼😀
On my test it was forward bay parking and i did very nicely with adjustment.👍
Nice work!
How can you adjust? What's the allowed way to adjust

That is why we would never park forwards in a bay between other cars. Instead it is far better to reverse in. 👍🏼

Much easier way to it, side mirror level to one line, go forward then reverse, much simple.
thank you very much for good explain dear🌹
Should the car be exactly on the middle of both the lines once parked ? Or if the tires are not touching will be ok ?
Anywhere within the lines is fine for the driving test. 👍🏼
@@AdvanceDrivingSchool Thank you, much appreciated. My test is on May 1 and I couldn’t find an instructor yet. I’m practicing myself.
Is it okay to overwhelm the left white line?
We can cross lines as we enter the bay , but must finish with out wheels inside all 4 lines of the bay.
Thank you for helping educate the public on how to drive. Blind bastards everywhere in Audi’s
Perfect
Where is your driving school? May I have the contact for driving school
We offer tuition in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. If you are local to us just search for us on Google 👍🏼
But there is no other car in the bays on each side. So anyone can park like that.

If there was a car in bay to left of where you’d parked you would off hit it . Seen a few of your videos so far and all your manoeuvres are flawed
My dumb self tried to forward park in between two cars and hit the car on the left 😭💔 it was a horrible day
Oh no - hope there wasn’t too much damage? We always reverse in when parking between two cars.
