@@Zintle😂😂honestly love nam andazi myb twas this huge life change of being away from my fam and starting to live with new people I ddnt grow up around but another thing I realise that drinking water also helped me I recently lost 10kg and I wasn't planning to lose weight at all I jst started drinking water a loot b4 I eat anything I drink water so it makes me full so I dnt get to eat a looot🤷♀️
