Hi shanti I love seeing your video I was born in Trinidad but I am now living in London however I got a little tip for you as my mother used to make her chulha also she used to add a little cement and sand into the dirt and that helps it not to crack try it see if it works

My grandma cooked duck on a fireside recently and it was d best ever, totally different taste.
I've been in the US for the past 30 years but I remember we had a fireside when I was little in Guyana 🇬🇾. The food used to taste real good.
