I started playing the demo last night because of this stream. I think it was because of Dave's trial and error that I defeated the first boss on the second try. Great stream team

#VODSquad I got about halfway through this stream, stopped and downloaded the demo, then got to the hotel in my game! This game is infectious, I love the mix of styles and genres!
This was lots of fun. I hope that we get to see Dave play through the tower in Returnal and see how far he can get in it. I got to the second boss, still trying to beat the game though...

This game was extremely frustrating at first but around the halfway point I started getting used to its timing and was great ended up beating "final" boss first try. Hope I don't have to long a time getting back used to when the full gane comes out 😂

The Parade Master took me five tries. What I like about bosses now is that you actually have to learn them. The one handed smash attack is a step to the left and a full on lean back double handed smash attack is a dodge backwards. The game changed when I got to his second phase and I really struggled.
I tried the demo but got frustrated at the enemy that gives you the key in the beginning. Gorgeous but I don't know if I have the patience for it
The patience will come. That's what's key with enemies and bosses of this kind. Just think about the sense of achievement you'll get when you've bested them

I thought this demo wasn't available anymore, I read somewhere that it ended on a certain date. Maybe I should jump back in.

Hello Rosie and Dave, good gameplay live stream, the full game , should be a good game, when it’s fully available, released it was frustrating when i first started playing , hopefully the full game will have added additional content and outfits and the first boss shouldn’t be the toughest one in the game especially in a short game demo, can the difficulty settings be changed in the full version hopefully, switched up and do we have to restart from the very beginning I don’t think the demo carryover into the full game

Yea I love this game so far. I stopped after the Parade Master cause I wanna wait til it releases cause unfortunately the progress in the demo doesn’t carry over to the full version and that demo is beefy.

Dave definitely doesnt play these types of game much haha. You need to dodge instead of running away from attacks. I rarely ever block especially when the game will still punish you will HP reduction from a block.
