If kampala is 90% law laying land what will nema do..its a city that u cant leave with a forest ..I see dubai built on to.of of seas ..new York etc..I think they should design a plan on how to build in the kampala city..in accordance with nema standards..such as size of plot?? Leaving of un built gazatted places such as parks and the fostering of planned sewage systems ...if the Gazette a place for Nema purposes anh development of people they find in that area?? If evicted should be compensated...or be given a plan on how to use those places
