Sorry cant resist to add few comments here , hope these help :
1. I have watched few other realtors shooting the same house , but i can only say , yours is by far the best due to your attention to details
2. Your camera angle is smooth and you manage to cover all of the important areas including the garden , the wet kitchen, 2 of the rooms at LG ( which none of them did )
3. The fact that you spent time explaining the sound proof theater , the fresh air coming from the gym window is somehow attract me to watch untill end of the video
4. Not to mention the epic pool jump man… that is one in a million ..haha

Hi, this one don’t have private lift oh. The design is good cause u either go up one level or go down one level from the living hall.. so the need of lift doesn’t seemed necessary .. but anyhow, this villa is sold 😅. If you want to check out more options, let me know . TQ for the comment
