Too bad it wasnt a 1989...... Them snorkel just never get old. I remember the first time seeing one it was at the dealer on a slowly turning stand about 3 feet off the ground it was epic!
Gorgeous ninja! Sounds like you're still lean with that little miss. I have a 2000 ZX12R and haven't ridden in a year probably. This makes me want to go ride it!
Congratulations on your new bike! I am on the hunt for one as well! I grew up on Kawasakis in the ‘80’s so when the ZX7Rcame to be well….Love these bikes.
Aside from the 86 ninja 600 a friend had back then this bike (well a 97) was the first bike that scared and invigorated me at the same time ….test rode another friends with a 3rd friend on a gsxr750 … that gsxr 750 was like a 250 next to this bike I literally had to wait at stop signs for him to catchup…..till I got bored waiting and just went back around to job and took 5 mins for other guy to get there ….the zx7r wasn’t 100% stock ,and would power up through 3 gear easily (first time I ever felt that )and am sure 4th probably would’ve if I was able to keep on it..(small back roads and well over 100 in 3rd was scary enough lol) …when I got off bike I was trembling for 5 minutes …really loved this bike back around 1998
first thing i did when i got my zx14r was turn every suspension adjuster to max counting the clicks to see if they were even and of course they were not. i took my time and over 2 weeks i dialed in the suspension for my weight and riding style.
Word of advice.. Do not ever, ever.tighten an oil filter with the integrated nut.. They have been known to fail. Especially K&N oil filters. I personally won't use K&N.
Looks great. 1 oil filter is mutch to tight , hand tight is okay. Otherwise u will have change the hollow bold of oilfilter will break. 2 wrong bolds, take those out , they are from home depo orso Buy real bolds
still one of sexiest looking bike😍😍😍
We love the way it looks from the front, almost like a flying saucer !

Would have been a top video, but spoiled by that wankie music, dude it's a great sounding bike we want to hear it.
should have let us hear the bike instead of adding the music
