O.H.V.= over head valves. The cam is in the block. You're going to have excessive clutch slipping with that clutch. Just go to a torque converter. Great job. Your quad is running better than most swapped builds.
I know what OHV means, over head valve, I say it as a joke but the way I said it sounded stupid but for right now the clutch is ok but am probably going to get a torque converter later on tho!! It is a Hillard clutch BTW
There's nothing wrong with your clutch. I've ran both styles and they both get hot at least you ain't tearing up a belt. It's an ok set up and I'm gonna make another one. I've been using jackshaft and clutches since the 1980s.

you need a torque converter not a clutch, a torque converter wont slip as much and it will go faster and have a little bit more torque.

In this video it is just the stage 1 kit off of GoPowerSports, currently it has a stage 2 cruiser kit and stainless steel valves also from GoPowerSports.
