This is just what the doctor prescribed😀 I have a bunch of Zildjian cymbals, A customs. Last time I was shopping cymbals I was really trying a lot of different brands. I liked the Meinl Classics line, there was some crazy sounding cymbals from the Istanbul Agop Xist Dry Dark series.. but ended up with another cymbal from the Zildjian. It's so hard to make a switch when Zildjian is all you need.😐
Honestly those Zultan cymbals are insane value. They sound surprisingly similar to the K custom dark and at 1/3 the price

I bought the Mike Johnston Meinl cymbal pack, love it and paid a great price for it too
Have been using the zultan caz set for a few years and everytime i think of upgrading them by researching videos like this i can hear enough difference to justify the huge jump in price. The ride is soft enough for jazz and thin enough to eliminate the need for a second crash if give it some more oomph

I own zildjian, even though I don't feel for the company itself, so actually I hate to say it tbh, but.. once again zildjian just sounds best, it just sounds right, you know.. like a good cymbal should sound. and that's it. Zultan is crazy value, though, just crazy good for the money.
It's all about finding the cymbals that work best for you - it's always a question of personal taste, ain't it?

Please help me, I'm in Vietnam, I'm about to buy a good cymbal set, so I have a question that I hope you can help answer soon: between the paiste 7, paiste 8 and paist 2002 cymbals, which one should I buy? Or forced to buy jildjian? Because although I'm passionate about playing drums, I'm still poor. I saved money for a long time to be able to afford to buy paiste 2002. I don't have enough money left even though I really like zildjian K or sabian. Thank you very much
Yeah, here Zildjian sound the most interesting. But K Dark hi-hat sounds too moody imho

ist da nicht ein Fehler in der Auflistung des Meinl Byzance Beckensatzes? Sieht mir doch eher nach 16" Sand Crash und 14" Vintage Hihat aus statt umgekehrt.....?!
