Oil - 2-3 spoon

Dal Chini - 2 inch tukda
Hari Elaichi - 2
Laung - 3-4
Chakrafool - 1
Jeera - 1 tsp
Mirchi Powder - 1 tsp
Jeera powder -½ tsp
Haldi - ½ tsp
Amchoor - 1 tsp
Dhaniya Powder - ½ tsp
Chana Masala - 1 tsp
Namak - taste hisab se
Tamatar - 4 medium
Khoya / Mithai Mate / Malai - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Ajwain - ½ tsp
Adrak - 1 inch
Hari Mirchi - 2 slit

I doubled the quantity. However, turned slightly sour due to more tomatoes (for double quantity). But then, your tip to add dates paste. The gravy is super hit 🙏👌👌.
